Jill Harrington recovered from systemic lupus over thirteen years ago, by
changing to a whole-foods, plant based diet.
She is so grateful for her health that she wanted to share with others what
worked for her.
Today she is still medication and symptom free. She lives an active life,
sailing and playing competitive tennis.
She wrote a book detailing her recovery titled “The Lupus Recovery Diet”.
The book includes her story, as well as the stories of 12 other people who
overcame autoimmune disease through their diet and lifestyle.
She grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and currently lives in Richmond, Virginia.
