Diet brings remarkable lupus turnaround – Video

Here’s more good news about Lupus and a plant-based diet!

In 2013, EarthSave took their Meals For Health program into the
Berkeley/Oakland area near San Francisco. They brought Meals For Health
into a church and showed families how to recover their health through
a healthy, plant-based diet.

There were lots of good results – but I thought you’d particularly like
to watch this short video from a woman with lupus who has kidney involvement.
She felt dramatically better after just three days!

She says,”I knew I could feel better (by changing my diet), but I
didn’t believe that I could feel this MUCH better.”

Watch this video! You’ll get goose bumps.

Remember – the book “The Lupus Recovery Diet” outlines this same
program! You have the details of what to do at your fingertips.
Believe it. Try it for Yourself. You deserve to feel good again.

Please let me know if I can help you in anyway.

Lupus and Heart Disease both helped by diet

Scroll down and you’ll see a CNN video featuring former President Bill Clinton and Dr. Esselstyn, who both recently appeared on Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s CNN show. Share this information with everyone you care about – diet can reverse and prevent heart disease… even people who have severly clogged arteries!

The show doesn’t portray Dr. Esselstyn or his work all that well, though President Clinton’s health recovery story is very good (he’s almost back to his high school weight of 185).

I highly recommend that you read Esselstyn’s book “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Naturally”. He has years of experience of helping heart patients who were basically told to “get their affairs in order”, because there was nothing else medically that could be done for them.

The diet that produces these “miraculous results” is the same one that I eat and promote in my book “The Lupus Recovery Diet” – a whole, foods plant based diet with no added oil. After watching this video, you’ll see how valuable it is for your whole family to eat this way – not just people with autoimmune disease.
